Pronouns: She/her
Hometown: Seattle, WA
Medical School: Pacific NW University
I was born in the beautiful city of Seattle and have called it home ever since. Captivated by the intricacies of the human body, I completed my undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Washington in Seattle.
During my time at UW, I had the opportunity to organize and plan a medical trip to Peru, where I developed an interest in healthcare access for underserved populations and found myself drawn to the field of medicine for its opportunities to care for a diversity of people.
After college, I attended medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences where I chose to pursue family medicine for its emphasis on working with communities, wide scope of practice, and holistic approach to medicine. My interests include preventative medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, and osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT).
Outside of medicine, I find spending quality time with loved ones brings balance to my life. I also enjoy volleyball, traveling, self-help books/podcasts, and experimenting in the kitchen. And when the sunshine graces Seattle, I embrace every opportunity to soak up its warmth and bask in the beauty of the pacific northwest.
