I was born in the Philippines. I immigrated to Michigan when I was 13; we arrived January 31, 1993 during a snowstorm in Detroit. I went to Michigan State University for both college and medical school. I majored in Physiology. My specific medical interests include spirituality in medicine, women’s health, childhood obesity, international/infectious disease, procedural medicine such as joint injections, operative OB, dermatology.
Having practiced for some years in Wenatchee area of Washington, I have since relocated to Minnesota. While not at work, I enjoy reading classical and philosophical writings, running, hiking, eating, boating, riding motorcycles, and traveling.
