I am a born and bred Washingtonian. The first years of my life were spent in Skyway then my family moved out to Maple Valley where I remained until heading off to Western Washington University for college to study Exercise and Sport Science. I then ventured down to Vallejo, California (in the bay area) to attend Touro University for medical school and to get a Master’s in Public Health.
My interests in medicine are ever expanding but at the top of my list are using exercise and nutrition as fundamentals to a long and healthy life as well as the non-surgical aspects of Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine. Since graduating from residency, I have been doing a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of New Mexico.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and dog, family and friends. You can always find me outdoors in my free time running, biking, hiking, playing any and all sports that I can and cheering on the Seahawks and Sounders (and Mariners when they are good).
