“I graduated from the residency in 1988 (then known as “Valley Family Care Residency”).  I have not been in practice for over 15 years, but have had an administrative career, first as medical director of an insurance company, then working for the state of Oregon as medical director of the Health Services Commission. Since 2006, I have done policy work at the Center for Evidence-based Policy, housed at OHSU. It is interesting work and suits me well.”
